A collection of thoughtfully designed and crafted spaces that help bring this 1960s home renovation to life. Ilm Interiors was engaged to manufacture and install the custom laundry and two bespoke bathroom vanities.

Designed by Willow on the Bay, the joinery reflects a refined, timeless aesthetic with a strong focus on functionality, quality and craftsmanship. Our role was to bring the vision to life through quality manufacturing and installation, ensuring every detail was executed to the highest standard.

The vanities share a similar design language, but each has its own distinct character through the use of carefully selected materials.
The main ensuite features rich American Walnut joinery paired with a shaker profile and natural Carrara marble, brushed brass fixtures and black handles. The combination of warm timber, natural stone and refined detailing creates a space that feels rich and timeless.

The second vanity features shaker-style American Oak veneer cabinetry with solid timber-surrounded drawer fronts. The light natural textures, paired with refined detailing, come together to create a warm, inviting space that beautifully complements the home's overall aesthetic.

Much more than a functional utility space, the laundry was designed as a highly organised multi-purpose room. It incorporates a cloak area, washer and dryer station with overhead storage, a central island with integrated laundry hampers and wrapping paper drawer. The space also includes a pull-out ironing board, dedicated dog food and water station, robot vacuum storage, and a bar complete with a wine fridge.

Every element was carefully considered to maximise functionality and everyday usability while maintaining the same level of craftsmanship and attention to detail found throughout the home.
